Rules

1. The Home Office and Justice Grand Prix is open to any member of the Home Office and Justice Chess Club. The only games that count towards the total are those played for the Home Office and Justice Chess Club in the Civil Service League or the London Commercial League.

2. The Grand Prix is worked out using the formula ((p+(r/2))*(a/g)) where p stands for the number of games played, r is the percentage score, a is the average of your opponents’ grades, and g is your own grade. The score will be given to two decimal places.

3. At the end of the season the player with the highest score from at least five completed games will receive a £20 prize.
